Navigate Difficult Conversations
Difficult conversations feel emotionally charged and challenging because they feel high-risk and can result in failure. If a difficult conversation goes poorly, it can have many negative consequences including not finding an optimal solution, damaging our relationship with the other people involved, and damaging our reputation.
